    Our vision
    Our vision is to create a unique, sustainable, and eco-friendly development that seamlessly integrates tourism and the medical sector, enriching the local community and boosting the economy. This comprehensive project encompasses:
    1. A world-class 5-star hotel with 520 beds, utilizing cutting-edge eco-friendly technologies, and operated by a renowned international hotel chain.
    2. A high-end hospital with 89 beds.
    3. A 350-meter-long artificial coastal habitat, providing shelter and sustenance for local wildlife, in alignment with the conservation goals of the adjacent NATURAL 2000 special protection area. This initiative aims to mitigate the loss of natural habitat in recent years.
    The site comprises of approximately 60,000 square meters of prime coastal land within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Sotira, in the Famagusta District, between Ayia Napa Marina and the Liopetri River National Park.
    The project at a glance
    • Estimated budget: ~ €190 million.
    • Areas for public use: More than ~ 20,400 m2
    • Job creation: ~ 450 jobs offering all-year employment and jobs for highly skilled and educated personnel.
    • Contribution to the GDP: ~ €516 million over a ten-year period.
    • Direct financial contribution to the local authorities: ~ 11% of the total budget (based on official 2018 figures)
    • Contribution to the Recovery and Resilience Plan: Promotes the objectives in public health, transition to a Green Economy, strengthening the resilience and competitiveness of the economy, digital transformation, employment, social protection, and human resources.

    THE ENVIRONMENT
    Our groundbreaking proposal, the first of its kind on a national level, not only complies with the objectives of the neighboring Special Protection Area but also actively promotes them and can set new standards for future environmentally friendly developments.
